Regular midweek winter season (Sun. - Thurs.) - 48 hours prior to 4pm arrival time - $75 penalty
Holiday season - 7 days prior to 4pm arrival time - Forfeiture of entire advance deposit in addition to the amount needed to cover the hotels minimum stay requirements.
